I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he descended into hell; on the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit; As it was in the beginning is now, and ever shall be: world without end. Amen.

Tajemnica pierwsza

Chrzest Pana Jezusa w Jordanie

Wtedy Jezus przyszedł z Galilei do Jana nad Jordan, aby przyjąć od niego chrzest. Lecz Jan wzbraniał się, mówiąc: „To ja powinienem przyjąć chrzest od Ciebie, a Ty przychodzisz do mnie?”. Jezus mu odpowiedział: „Zgódź się na to, gdyż teraz trzeba nam wypełnić całą tę powinność”. Wtedy się zgodził. Zaraz po chrzcie Jezus wyszedł z wody. Wtedy otworzyło Mu się niebo i zobaczył Ducha Bożego, który zstępował na Niego jakby gołębica. Rozległ się też głos z nieba: „On jest moim Synem umiłowanym, którego sobie upodobałem”.
(Mt 3, 13–17)

Tajemnica druga

Objawienie się Pana Jezusa na weselu w Kanie

Na wesele zaproszono również Jezusa wraz z uczniami. Gdy zabrakło wina, Matka Jezusa rzekła do Niego: „Nie mają wina”. Jezus odpowiedział: „Kobieto, czy to należy do Mnie lub do ciebie? Jeszcze nie nadeszła moja godzina”. Wtedy Jego Matka zwróciła się do służących: „Uczyńcie wszystko, cokolwiek wam powie”. A znajdowało się tam sześć kamiennych naczyń na wodę, które służyły do żydowskich obmyć rytualnych. Każde z nich mieściło po dwie lub trzy miary. Jezus polecił usługującym: „Napełnijcie naczynia wodą”. I napełnili je aż po brzegi. Następnie powiedział: „Zaczerpnijcie teraz i zanieście przewodniczącemu uczty”. I zanieśli.

Tajemnica trzecia

Głoszenie Królestwa Bożego i wzywanie do nawrócenia

Jezus obchodził wszystkie miasta i wsie. Nauczał w synagogach i głosił ewangelię o królestwie. Leczył także wszystkie choroby i dolegliwości.
Królestwo niebieskie podobne jest także do kupca, który poszukiwał pięknych pereł. Gdy znalazł jedną, niezwykle cenną, sprzedał wszystko, co posiadał, i kupił ją.
(Mt 9, 35; 13, 45–46)

Tajemnica czwarta

Przemienienie się Pana Jezusa na Górze Tabor

Po sześciu dniach Jezus zabrał ze sobą Piotra, Jakuba i jego brata Jana i wyprowadził ich z dala od ludzi na wysoką górę. Tam przemienił się w ich obecności, a Jego twarz zajaśniała jak słońce. Jego ubranie stało się białe jak światło. Wtedy ukazali im się Mojżesz i Eliasz, którzy z nim rozmawiali. Piotr powiedział do Jezusa: „Panie, dobrze, że tu jesteśmy. Jeśli chcesz, postawię tutaj trzy namioty; jeden dla Ciebie, drugi dla Mojżesza, a trzeci dla Eliasza”. A gdy jeszcze to mówił, zasłonił ich świetlisty obłok. Z obłoku rozległ się głos: „On jest moim Synem umiłowanym, którego sobie upodobałem. Jego słuchajcie!”
(Mt 17, 1–5)

Tajemnica piąta

Ustanowienie Eucharystii będącej sakramentalnym wyrazem misterium paschalnego

A gdy jedli, Jezus wziął chleb, odmówił modlitwę uwielbienia, połamał i dał uczniom, mówiąc: „Bierzcie i jedzcie. To jest ciało moje”. Następnie wziął kielich, odmówił modlitwę dziękczynną i powiedział: „Pijcie z niego wszyscy. To jest bowiem moja krew przymierza, która za wielu jest wylewana na odpuszczenie grzechów. A mówię wam, że odtąd nie będę już więcej pił napoju z owocu winnego krzewu aż do dnia, kiedy będę go pił z wami nowy, w królestwie mojego Ojca”.
(Mt 26, 26–29)

We fly to Thy protection, O Holy Mother of God; Do not despise our petitions in our necessities, but deliver us always from all dangers, O Glorious and Blessed Virgin. Amen.

Saint Michael Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; may God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell satan and all the evil spirits who prowl through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
