- work on a soft X-ray microscopy/tomography system (vacuum-operated):
- taking part in designing of the soft X-ray source, including design of mechanical parts of the system
- carrying out the experiments and diagnostic tests, processing of the recorded data (GNU Octave/Matlab scripts)
- development of measurement&control software (Visual Basic .NET), including:
- a .DLL library for Zaber positioning devices with enhanced functionality compared to company-provided driver,
- a .DLL library for Heidenhain VRZ181 and VRZ403 counters,
- software side of the SXR source target delivery system.
- design and application of measurement devices:
- precision dual source and preamplifier for Pt100 sensors,
- basic LM73-based temperature monitoring system,
- AD9051-based pulse recording system (including ARM C++ and corresponding VB.NET programming).
