In 2009, I spent 4 months at the Advanced Nanoscale Analysis group at AMD Saxony Fab 36 (Globalfoundries Module 1) in Dresden, Germany. I was experimenting on application of novel SThM nanoprobes to investigation of microelectronic structures.
